If you are not completely satisfied, within 30 days from the moment you receive your merchandise, just return it. No hassles. Period.

We believe in our products and believe that as soon as you put on one of our garments or accessories you will too.

ABOVE guarantees all products to be free from defects of workmanship.
We will gladly replace or refund any items that do not meet these standards 30 days from the day you received your items. Just notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order of any damages, or shortages.

Our returns department is now streamlined into your account.
To start the returns or exchange process all you need to do is Login to your account, then visit our returns page , fill out the returns form, and submit.

You will be given an RMA# to include with your return. Once you have received this number, write it on your original invoice, on the box or package, and include it in the return package.

Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 weeks from the time we receive the merchandise.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days of receipt of order will not be honored.

ABOVE is not responsible for any return shipping fees.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Please notify ABOVE immediately of any damages that may be the fault of the shipping company. ABOVE is not responsible for replacing any items that may have been damaged during shipping. We will work with the shipping company to ensure action of replacement.

We ask that you return items that are in their original state. We prefer that you do not launder any items to be returned.
